Carrying on with the positive news: there is no cure for Sjögren’s Syndrome.  Controlling the symptoms is the best and only option.  This is done using artificial saliva, in the form of a spray, and eye drops (often oily based) for dry eyes.

Sadly there’s no cure or treatment for the fatigue.  Rest, sleep and ‘management’ is the best you can hope for here.
