Are there different types of Sjögren’s?

Those lucky people on the wrong end of a diagnosis are either classified as having primary Sjögren’s Syndrome – when the syndrome develops by itself and not as the result of another condition or secondary Sjögren’s Syndrome – when the syndrome develops in combination with another autoimmune disorder, such as lupus or rheumatoid arthritis
